Does Ashlen take insurance?
Ashlen is primarily private pay, but she can give you a superbill, which can be submitted to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. When this is requested, a diagnosis is required to be submitted with the superbill.
Ashlen has a few insurance slots on her caseload. She takes Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (virtual only for this insurance). You can reach out to see if she currently has any insurance slots available, if you want to pursue that route.
Does Ashlen offer telehealth sessions?
Ashlen can offer virtual sessions when it is clinically appropriate. If you are interested in having sessions through telehealth, Ashlen will consult with you to ensure it would be appropriate given your specific circumstances.
How much is a session?
45-50 minute sessions are $135.
How do I know if we are a good fit?
Ashlen offers a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any additional questions you may have and to get a feel if she would be a good fit for you.
