Does Ashlen take insurance?
Ashlen accepts Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (virtual only for this insurance). Reach out to ensure that your specific plan is accepted by her.

Ashlen offers private pay to those who do not want to go through insurance or whose plan Ashlen does not accept. If she does not accept your insurance plan, she can give you a superbill, which can be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. When this is requested, a diagnosis is required to be submitted with the superbill.
Does Ashlen offer telehealth sessions?
Ashlen can offer virtual sessions when it is clinically appropriate. If you are interested in having sessions through telehealth, Ashlen will consult with you to ensure it would be appropriate given your specific circumstances.
How much is a session?
50-minute sessions are $140.
How do I know if we are a good fit?
Ashlen offers a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any additional questions you may have and to get a feel if she would be a good fit for you.
